Jamie’s 30 Minute Meals – S02E01 – Rib-Eye Stir-Fry (17 January 2011) [PDTV (XviD)]

Jamie Oliver twirls around the fabulous 30-Minute Meals kitchen (mmm, love those big storage drawers) to whistle up yet another series of quick dinners. Oliver, as usual a whirligig of energy, gets everything heated, boiling and ready to roll as he rustles up Chinese inspired steak covered in a spicy, peppery crust, accompanied by noodles, crunchy green vegetables and a jug of chilled hibiscus tea. It all looks and sounds tremendously complicated and even enervating, but Oliver is adamant that, if you have everything prepared, from your chopping boards to your hot pans and griddles, then nothing could be simpler. Even if you can't actually face doing anything more energetic upon your return home from work of an evening than walking to your microwave oven with a plastic-encased ready meal, it's still a pleasure to watch a real master at work.
