Devon and OxfordshireCarole and Alan's Search
First up, Carole, Alan and Lauren are looking for somewhere to be both a dog training business and their home.
They want a barn for the dog agility classes, ten acres of flat paddocks - and parking and good access for customers.
However, after finding it difficult to get permission for the business in a previous location, they've decided that neighbours are a no-no.
Ideally, Carole would like to run holiday lets on the side, to generate some more income - which means that outbuildings are a must.
Secondly, Kirstie and Phil will try and find a bolt hole for when Carole and Alan want to get away from the business... and they want both properties for £700,000.
Lloyd and Maria's Search
For the third - and, luckily final - search, Alan and Carole want to help son Lloyd and his girlfriend Maria buy their first home.
Lloyd and Maria are looking for a pad within commuting distance of their jobs in Abingdon, so Phil and Kirstie will be hunting in Oxford and the surrounding areas.
Carole and Alan have already put aside a £30,000 deposit - and, along with a mortgage and other savings, that gives Lloyd and Maria a budget of £210,000 for a two bedroom flat.
It's just a question of what sort of flat and where. They both seem to know what they want... but is it the same thing?
